Learning to drive, with Local Driving School can be spread over several weeks or months and lessons can be booked individually or in blocks at a discounted price. All our standard lessons are 60 minutes long and are on a one-to-one basis, with no back seat passengers. For those of you who live a little further afield or perhaps just want to progress more quickly, we also offer 1½ hour and 2 hour driving lessons. However, if you really need to get up to driving test standard quickly, then maybe our semi-intensive driving course will be more suited to you. We also can offer you a choice of either male or female instructors for you to choose from(subject to the area).

Your Driving Lessons Individually Structured

We understand that everyone learns in slightly different ways. So when you attend your first driving lessons one of the first things your instructor will do is work out a personal lesson plan. We want to to give you the very best chance of passing your test first time! Working together we will help turn you into a safe and confident driver. So how does it work? Well, for a start, we'll want to find out about your driving experience, if any and put together a structured plan for the lessons ahead.
