1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of Local Driving School ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.  You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.  By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website. Our Privacy Statement is subject to change without prior notice.

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

6.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Local Driving School for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Local Driving School or that of its employees or agents.

7. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Local Driving School and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Local Driving School arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

8. SEVERANCE

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

YOUR DRIVING INSTRUCTOR

LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY

1. You must give us or your Instructor at least two working days notice (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) (the “Minimum Notice”) if You wish to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson, otherwise You will be liable to pay for 100% of the lesson fee.

Win Driving Lessons Competitions

1. £100 worth of driving lessons competition opens 01/10/2011 and the draw will take place on the last day of each month.
2. The Winner will recieve £80 driving lesson voucher and one runner up will recieve a £20 driving lesson voucher.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. You must be a UK resident over 13 years old to enter.
5. Only one entry per person, per month, allowed.
6. A maximum of four people per household may enter each month.
7. No cash alternative is available.
8. One winner will be drawn monthly.
9. The winning entry will be chosen at random from Facebook 'Likes' received during the competition period.
10. The winner will be notified either by message to their Facebook account or email to the address given, shortly following the draw.
11. The winner will be used for post-draw publicity and advertising opportunities for the commercial parties involved. The winners name, photographs may be published on our website and associated blogs and articles.
12. The prize will be posted using royal mail to the winner's confirmed address subject to verification noted in Section 13.
13. In the event of any dispute regarding conduct, results and all other matters relating to any Competition, our decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
14. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to request a proof of identity and address in the form of your passport or driving licence and proof of your address in the form of a utility bill(if applicable). We reserve the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
15. Local Driving School is not liable in any way for any damages, expenses, costs, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the competition or prize.
16. We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
17. Local Driving School reserve the right to use the information provided by entrants for marketing purposes, and may also pass the information on to relevant third parties.
18. Final Closing date is 31/12/2011.

Win an I-pod Nano Competition

1. I-pod Nano competition starts 01/10/2011 and the draw will take place on the 04/02/2012. The prize will be an Apple i-pod Nano and the winner will be given the choice of colour subject to the colour stock availability from Apple UK inc stockists.
2. You must be a UK resident over 17 years old to enter.
3. Only one entry per person allowed.
4. No cash alternative is available.
5. One winner will be drawn.
6. The winning entry will be chosen at random from all those who have booked and started their driving lessons with Local Driving School during the competition period.
7. The winner will be notified by their email address given, shortly following the draw.
8. The winner has 14 days to reply to the email which notifies them of winning before a new winner will automatically be draw.
9. The winner will be used for post-draw publicity and advertising opportunities for the commercial parties involved. The winners name, photographs may be published on our website and associated blogs and articles.
10. The prize will be posted using royal mail to the winner's confirmed address subject to verification noted in Section 13.
