Renault is now backing a road safety scheme and this is completely aimed at reducing the amount of people who are involved in road safety accidents. This is all designed to help the UK and those who work in road safety jobs will find this especially interesting. If you want to become a driving instructor then this is also something that you should be aware of. The initiative is based in Northampton and it has now been operating for over 17 years. It is also aimed at younger drivers who are around 15-30 years of age.
Renault has teamed up with the Northamptonshire Highways and the Northamptonshire Police. They have also teamed up with Adrian Flux insurance in an attempt to support the program. The best of it is that this programme is absolutely free and it is being hosted at the Rockingham Motor Speedway and even at the Porsche Experience Centre. This is located at Silverstone. This scheme runs a couple of courses over the year and because they are free of charge, you know that they offer a mix of workshops. This really does allow young people to have the chance to drive under very challenging conditions and it also helps them to drive while under simulating conditions as well. This can be done in a range of cars and this includes Clio, Twingo, Megane and Captur.
The tutors who run the events are very experienced drivers and they know exactly what they are doing as well, so it isn’t uncommon to see people learning a great deal when they go to the course. The road safety movement is fully designed to give young drivers the guidance they need to really make good decisions when they are on the road and when driving in general.
